Replace the mask if it becomes damp or breathing becomes harder. Plan for breaks and rotation when wearing it for extended periods to maintain safety and precise work.
Eye, hand and skin protection: goggles, gloves, clothing and barrier creams

A short, signed format, updated whenever the site changes, is often enough.
Periodic checks and register: scaffolding, harnesses, PPE and tools
Ensure pre-use checks and the periodic inspections required by the manuals and regulations. Centralise everything in a register, paper or digital, with dates, the person responsible, and corrective actions. For scaffolding, keep the handover inspection report.
