The amount left to finance

The works plan gives the cost of the works, the grants mobilised and the amount left to pay. That figure, computed from the real pricing job by job, becomes the household's financing need.

Choosing the offer

Adding a loan opens the offers available on the project: Ecair loan, zero-rate eco-loan, consumer credit, grant pre-financing. Each one states what it is before it is opened.

Simulating the instalments

The amount borrowed and the repayment term come from the works plan. Borrower cover, co-borrower cover, deferred first instalment: every option is set and the instalment recomputes on screen.

The instalment in the funding plan

The loan joins the funding plan, beside the advance on the grants and the deposit. The instalment appears, set against the monthly energy savings: the household reads its net monthly effort.

The application sent to the lender

In the customer space, the household enters its debt-to-income ratio, picks a compatible partner and collects its file: the documents in one archive, the message pre-filled with the works, the amounts and the ratio.
