Can the generated plan be corrected?

Yes: edit mode lets you add a wall, move a corner, type the height and thickness of a wall or the width and height of an opening, and delete whatever was detected by mistake.

Is the plan dimensioned?

Yes: a dimension line runs along every wall with its length in metres, and the floor area is written at the centre of each closed room. Very short runs are left without a dimension, their labels would overlap.

Does the 2D plan replace measurements?

No: the plan gives the structure of the home, room by room. Quantities per work item come from the measurements, covered on the Measurements page.

What happens to the plan once corrected?

It is saved on the home in the file and replaces the generated version: that is the version shown when the file is reopened. The plan can also be downloaded from the file.

The technician switches the plan to edit mode. He adds the wall the survey missed, pulls a corner that snaps onto the neighbouring walls, types the height and thickness of a wall, the width and height of an opening, and deletes whatever was detected by mistake.
