Your distributors, from purchase price to site

Purchase terms in the catalogue

The purchase cost excl. VAT you negotiate with your distributors sits on the item, next to the selling price excl. VAT and the VAT rate. The margin rate shows under both fields, and the tool warns when the cost runs above the selling price.

The selling coefficient

Selling price excl. VAT = purchase cost × coefficient. The coefficient reads item by item and is recomputed across a whole catalogue when your terms move, the toggle choosing the direction: the selling price from the cost, or the other way round.

The material to order

The Material orders tab picks the pricing up job by job: quantity needed, quantity ordered, purchase allowed for in the quote and actual purchase, order status and delivery date. The filter isolates whatever is still to be ordered.

Supplier batches and delivery

Every line takes its supplier batches, with their quantity, their unit price excl. VAT and their delivery date. Part of one can go back to the supplier or into stock, and the gap between the actual purchase and the quote stays up to date.
