J'ai fait confiance à Nicolas ARTIS, mais je n'aurai jamais du. Il m'a installé des 4 volets de toit FAKRO. Depuis 5 mois, le volet extérieur ne s'ouvre plus. J'essaie de le contacter mais il n'a jamais répondu, ni à mes sms, appels ou mail. C'est seulement après menacé de faire marcher ma protection juridique que j'ai recu un mail me disant qu'il ne travaille plus avec la marque et qu'il ne connait personne qui peut me dépanner, et qu'il me souhaite une bonne soirée... Et je ne vous parle pas de la finition, " J'ai pas de silicone, je te laisse le faire" A FUIR ABSOLUMENT !!
