Cabinet manquant de sérieux. Emenda est mandatée par le syndic Morel&Henry pour un audit pour un immeuble de 160 logements (individualisation des compteurs électriques, et rénovation de la plomberie). Emenda ne donne pas toutes les informations nécessaires pour s'occuper de l'installation par ses propres moyens (pour ce qui concerne l'intérieur des logements). J'ai un électricien qui attend quelques informations pour pouvoir m'envoyer un devis, on est bloqué depuis 1 mois et demi après 5 relances ! Silence radio complet depuis. À éviter absolument.
