La dame qui répond au téléphone n’est pas du tout reactive . Face à une situation d’urgence , après de multiples appels de ma part , cette entreprise ne m’a jamais rappelé après 2 mois d’attente . Ils disent être débordé par les demandes et vous laisse sans solution et sans réponse honnête . Peut être que le maçon est bon , mais la gestion est complètement à revoir .
